Our Shopping Policy is as follows:
Domestic Delivery:
- We process all orders within 2 working days.
- All orders our shipped from our warehouse in Delhi & Vadodara
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- In case of any delay in shipments due to high volume or other factors, we will contact and inform you telephonically or via email.
- Our shipments reach metros within 4-5 days of processing the order.
- Shipping time to non-metro cities is subject to geographical distance.
- Zustina Textures Pvt. Ltd. will only be responsible for handing over the material to the transporter. Once the docket number is issued, the company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.

We currently accept only pre-paid orders.
Order confirmation & tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email from our shipping partner once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be provided in the email you receive.
